What is the warranty and what does it cover?

Stove warranties vary from brand to brand. Often, people just ask how long the warranty is for but this isn’t the only question to be asking. You should really be asking what the warranty covers as well! You’ll find that some “warranties” aren’t actually worth a lot with some manufacturers running away from their responsibilities. We’ve even seen some brands write in their warranty statements, that the end user is responsible for the fitting of faulty parts when they fail under warranty!

Each stove must, as part of European law carry a two year manufacturer’s warranty, which covers all the electronic and moving parts. Some exclusions will generally include consumable parts such as burnpots/grates, glass and ignition elements.

Our brands offer warranties from 2 to 5 years but in each case, the warranty is robust and as Ireland’s largest wood pellet stove supplier, our levels of service are well documented, both inside and outside of stove warranty periods.
