Safe distances from combustible materials

Please refer to Building Regulations Part J and to manufacturer’s guidelines, which outlines all safe distances for the installation of your stove. Wood pellet appliances are mainly governed by the same regulations as for solid fuel stoves although it is true that wood pellet stoves will not get anywhere near as hot during use.

WARNING: It’s extremely important to remember that any heating appliance can overheat or catch fire so it’s extremely important that all relevant guidelines are always followed during installation.
